What's included
Every Sierra Reset turnover includes all of the above. No add-on fees for standard service.
Price drivers
Larger properties require more time, more linens, and more surface area to reset. Our tiers reflect actual labor cost by size.
Properties with hot tubs typically require an additional treatment cycle. Quote required.
Pet-friendly rentals require additional deep-cleaning passes. Surcharge varies by property — contact us.
December–March (ski season) and June–August (summer) carry a surcharge due to demand and logistics costs in high season.
If your guest checks out and a new one arrives the same calendar day, a same-day surcharge applies. Schedule in advance to avoid it.
Why it matters
Custom quotes let cleaners charge whatever the market will bear, force a phone call, and lock you into a relationship before you know the number. Flat-rate pricing flips the dynamic — you know what you're paying before you call.
The Tahoe STR market is seasonal, fast-moving, and opaque. A cleaner quoting "call for pricing" isn't being coy — they're keeping their options open. When demand spikes in February or August, the same cleaner who quoted you $200 in October can charge $300 for the same job. And you'll find out after you've already committed.
Sierra Reset publishes flat rates because we're confident in the value. The number is on the website before you call. If something changes, we'll tell you before we do the work.
How it works
Pick your slot, we show up. If we miss a confirmed window, the next turnover is free — no negotiation.
You pay a $50 deposit online to lock in your date. The remaining balance comes after the turnover is complete and you've seen the photos.
Pick your tier, pay the deposit, done. No phone tag, no quote follow-up emails, no waiting for someone to call you back.
After booking, we'll reach out within one business day to verify logistics — check-in time, property access, anything unusual.
